KASPER HOUSE
NZ$500 per night - Peak season - 1st December to 31st January (min 7 nights), Easter and holiday weekends
(min 3 nights)
NZ$400 per night - Off Peak (min 2 nights)
Minimum booking December and January is 7 nights
Minimum booking Easter 3 nights
Minimum bookings all other times 2 nights
A booking form is to be completed before booking can be confirmed
25% deposit is required upon booking
Balance to be received 30 days before occupancy
NZ$300 cash refundable bond is to be lodged upon arrival
Sheets and towels are not included, but can be provided with beds made up at a nominal charge. Details are on booking form

These are standard terms and conditions. However in relation to loss or accidental damage of items, there is a degree of understanding that accidents do happen, and there is no intention to penalize or profit from the guest. The most important thing is that everything is in place and available for the next guest. We therefore request your co-operation in advising anything missing, lost or needing replacement as soon as possible
